SealPDF 隱私權政策

SealPDF（以下稱「本 App」）重視使用者隱私。本政策說明本 App 如何存取、使用及保護使用者資料。
一、資料處理方式
本 App 主要提供 PDF 匯入、圖片轉 PDF、文件編輯、印章建立、PDF 蓋章、匯出與分享功能。
除本政策另有說明外，本 App 不會將使用者的 PDF、圖片、印章內容或文件內容上傳至開發者伺服器。文件處理、印章處理與 PDF 產生主要於使用者裝置本機完成。
二、相機、相簿與檔案存取
本 App 可能在使用者主動操作時存取以下內容：
- 相機：用於拍攝印章或文件
- 相簿：用於匯入文件圖片或印章圖片
- 檔案：用於匯入 PDF、圖片或儲存/分享處理後文件
本 App 只會存取使用者主動選取或授權的內容，不會擅自讀取、修改或刪除其他檔案。
三、文件與印章資料
使用者匯入或建立的文件、圖片、印章圖樣及相關資料，會儲存在使用者裝置或使用者主動選擇分享的位置。
開發者無法存取使用者儲存在裝置內的文件內容、印章內容或匯出後文件。使用者可在 App 內刪除文件或印章資料，也可移除 App 以刪除本機資料。
四、第三方廣告服務
本 App 可能使用 Google AdMob 與 Google User Messaging Platform 提供廣告、廣告同意管理及相關服務。
Google AdMob 可能依其隱私權政策收集或處理部分資料，例如裝置資訊、IP 位址、廣告識別碼、廣告互動資料、效能資料及診斷資料，用於提供廣告、限制廣告濫用、衡量廣告成效及改善服務。

五、訂閱與付款
本 App 可能提供 SealPDF Pro 自動續訂訂閱。訂閱與付款由 Apple App Store 處理，開發者不會取得使用者的信用卡或付款帳號資訊。
使用者可於 App Store 帳號設定中管理或取消訂閱。
六、兒童隱私
本 App 並非專為 13 歲以下兒童設計。開發者不會刻意蒐集兒童個人資料。
七、資料安全
本 App 使用 iOS 系統提供的儲存與安全機制保護本機資料。使用者仍應自行妥善保管裝置、Apple ID 及相關帳號安全。
八、使用者權利與資料刪除
使用者可透過以下方式管理資料：
- 在 App 內刪除文件或印章資料
- 移除 App 以刪除本機資料
- 於 iOS 設定中撤回相機、相簿或檔案相關權限
- 於 App Store 帳號設定中管理訂閱
九、政策更新
本隱私權政策可能因功能、服務或法規要求而更新。更新後版本將公布於本 App 或公開支援頁面。

SealPDF Privacy Policy

SealPDF (“the App”) respects user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App accesses, uses, and protects user information.
1. Data Processing
The App provides PDF import, image-to-PDF conversion, document editing, stamp creation, PDF stamping, export, and sharing features.
Unless otherwise stated in this policy, the App does not upload users’ PDFs, images, stamp content, or document content to developer-operated servers. Document processing, stamp processing, and PDF generation are primarily performed locally on the user’s device.
2. Camera, Photo Library, and File Access
The App may access the following content only when initiated by the user: Camera, Photo Library, and Files. The App only accesses content that the user actively selects or authorizes.
3. Documents and Stamp Data
Documents, images, stamp graphics, and related data imported or created by users are stored on the user’s device or in locations the user chooses to share them. The developer cannot access documents, stamp content, or exported files stored locally on the user’s device.
4. Third-Party Advertising Services
The App may use Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform to provide advertising, ad consent management, and related services. Google AdMob may collect or process certain data, such as device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, ad interaction data, performance data, and diagnostic data.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
The App may offer a SealPDF Pro auto-renewable subscription. Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive users’ credit card or payment account information.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not specifically intended for children under the age of 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data Security
The App uses iOS system storage and security mechanisms to help protect local data. Users are responsible for keeping their device, Apple ID, and related accounts secure.
8. User Rights and Data Deletion
Users can delete documents or stamp data within the App, remove the App to delete local data, revoke permissions in iOS Settings, and manage subscriptions in App Store account settings.
9. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to changes in features, services, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be made available in the App or on a public support page.
